Connector Actions

Action Name	AudienceStream	EventStream
Insert Contact	✓	✗
Update Contact	✓	✗
Add Contact to Contact List	✓	✗
Remove Contact from Contact List	✓	✗

Go to the Connector Marketplace and add a new connector. Read the Connector Overview article for general instructions on how to add a connector.

After adding the connector, configure the following settings:

Title
Add a title.
HubSpot API Key
Enter your HubSpot API key. For more information, see How do I find/create the API key for my account?
Notes
(Optional) Informative notes about your organizations usage of this connector.

Click Next or go to the Actions tab. This is where you configure connector actions.

This section describes how to set up parameters and options for each action.

Parameter	Description
Action Name	Name for this specific action.
Action Categories	CRM, Email, Engagement, and VoC. Cannot change. These categories presented to users via the consent prompt and consent preferences feature. Users can opt-in/opt-out of tracking based on these categories.
Frequency Cap	Values are On or Off. Default is On. Controls how often this action triggers.
Source	Select a source from the prepopulated drop-down list.
Data to Set	Map Required. Email address. Identifies an email address to map. To Select a HubSpot field to map to from the drop-down list. Your HubSpot account credentials must be correctly entered for this field to accurately populate HubSpot data; otherwise an error displays.
