Tealium for React Native

Low Impact Changes

• Removed rnpm from package.json and added a react-native.config.js per React documentation.
• Updated Android and gradle versions in the sample app.
• Updated both Android and iOS sample apps to use the latest versions of their respective Tealium libraries.
